How does my order ship?

We ship orders either by FedEx, UPS or a combination of UPS and USPS via the sure post program.

Every effort is made to ship your entire order to you as fast as possible and with as little shipping waste as possible.

 

Our standard shipping size is illustrated below. 

Ship weight = 2.3 lbs.

Policy for Restocking Fees and Returns

**Effective as of February 1st, 2020

Upon receipt of your order, please check it, and promptly advise us of any problems/issues. 
We will charge a 25% restocking fee for customer returns, both Retail and Wholesale, and the customer must request an RMA  (return merchandise authorization), and return the item(s) at their expense.

We will credit you upon return receipt in our warehouse. 


If you have received an item in error (Our Fault), or an item is defective (woven badly, mislabeled, torn, sewn poorly, is not what you ordered, etc...), we will provide an RMA, and a Return Prepaid Shipping  Label. Again, crediting you upon receipt. No Restock Fee will be imposed, if we are at fault.
