An art charge of $250 is required to begin the project. This entire amount is applied to your order once the sample has been approved and the order is woven. You will be charged for the amount of your order minus the art fee deposit. |

Each blanket is made of 100% cotton and crafted with pride in the USA. |

Can I use any type of art? |

High resolution art works the very best. If your art is copyrighted by another source whether it be licensor or individual, you must provide us with proof of approval to use from the copyright holder. |

How long does it take to get the initial art complete? |

Of course, time depends on the type of artwork we receive. Typically you can expect to see a proof of your custom throw blanket in 3-5 weeks. |

Can I get my product in less than six weeks? |

Yes, but this requires a non-refundable rush fee of $300. |

After I receive and approve my proof, when will my order be shipped? |

That all depends on the size of the order, but most orders are woven and shipped within 2-3 weeks. |

What color is the fringe going to be on my blanket? |
| A: |
Due to the manufacturing process the fringe will be mostly multi-color on two sides and blank and white on the other two sides. It blends well as to add to the beauty and texture of the heirloom itself. |

Do you send a sample before the order is woven? |

Once the proof is approved a sample will be woven and sent to you for approval. |

Can I change after I've received my sample? |

Yes, however a $75 surcharge per change will be added. |

Yes, but only slightly as they have been prewashed at the time of production. |
